The teams that race on prediction.

Saiera Kinetic Racing and Saiera Themis are the two motorsport entries of Saiera Systems. Both teams run a unified AI strategy platform, pit windows, tire models, and overtaking decisions made by the same inference engine that powers the Saiera core product.

Why Saiera entered motorsport.

The decision to compete was a product decision as much as a sporting one. Motorsport is one of the few domains where predictive AI can be stress-tested in real time, at scale, against a live adversarial field.

The thesis

Saiera's founding argument is that predictive accuracy, not raw compute, is the differentiator in time-sensitive decision environments. Racing puts that thesis on the clock. A pit stop called two laps too late, a tire model that underestimates degradation rate, an overtake probability that misses traffic , these errors are immediate and public.

Entering motorsport forced the engineering team to build for consequence. The strategy engine now runs with the same urgency it was always designed to simulate.

The feedback loop

Every race weekend generates labelled decision data: strategy calls, outcomes, lap-by-lap telemetry, and post-race debrief annotations. This corpus feeds directly back into Saiera's model training pipeline.

The competitive program is, in part, a structured data acquisition exercise. The results validate or challenge the models. Either outcome improves the core product.

GP Premier

Saiera Kinetic Racing, flagship GP entry.

Saiera Kinetic Racing is the primary motorsport program. The A team runs the highest-fidelity deployment of Saiera's predictive platform. B and C teams operate under the same strategic framework with graduated autonomy.

Saiera Kinetic Racing, A

The flagship entry in GP Premier. Full AI strategy stack deployed race-to-race: pit stop timing models, tire degradation curves, overtaking probability windows, and safety car response trees. Every strategic call originates from the inference engine.

Saiera Kinetic Racing, B

The B entry runs the same platform with a focus on strategy validation across different grid positions. Mid-field racing provides data that the A team's front-running position cannot, undercut timing in traffic, tire management under pressure from behind.

GP Premier Mid-field data Tier B

Saiera Kinetic Racing, C

The development entry. C team races serve as a controlled environment for testing new model iterations before they are promoted to the A and B strategy stacks. Lower-stakes deployment, higher tolerance for experimental calls.

FF Premier

Saiera Themis, feeder series entry.

Saiera Themis competes in FF Premier. The feeder environment, denser grids, tighter margins, shorter strategy windows, exposes edge cases the GP program rarely encounters.

Saiera Themis, A

Themis A is the primary FF Premier entry. Feeder racing demands faster model responses, fewer laps per stint, more frequent decision points per race. The AI's throughput is tested more aggressively here than at GP level.

Saiera Themis, B

Themis B focuses on strategy in dense grid conditions. Overtaking probability modeling in close mid-pack racing generates signal that informs how the GP teams interpret gap evolution during the opening laps of a race.

FF Premier Dense grid data Tier B

Saiera Themis, C

The development tier for the feeder program. New probability models for wet weather strategy, virtual safety car optimization, and undercut timing are validated here before being promoted to the senior Themis and Racing stacks.

What the system actually does at the pit wall.

Saiera's race strategy engine runs four primary models concurrently. Each model operates on live telemetry and is updated every sector.

Tire degradation modeling

Lap-by-lap degradation curves built from telemetry, compound selection, fuel load, and track evolution. The model outputs a predicted cliff lap and a confidence band, strategy calls are weighted against the probability of staying inside the band.

Degradation Cliff prediction Live update

Pit stop timing optimization

Combines tire model output with gap data and undercut window calculations. The system scores every possible pit lap in the current window and surfaces the highest-expected-value call to the strategist in real time.

Overtaking probability

Sector-by-sector overtaking probability scores based on gap, tire delta, DRS availability, and historical pass rate at each braking zone. Used to decide whether to extend a stint and attack, or box and come back on fresh rubber.

Safety car and VSC response

Dedicated model for neutralization periods. When a safety car is deployed, the system immediately recalculates the pit window for all relevant competitors and surfaces a recommended response within one sector of the trigger event.
